For our friends "North of the Border" who want to escape to the warmth of the Carolinas for a longer time, we feature a 6 night/6 round package where you pay in "Loonies." Stay six nights and play six rounds for an unbelievable price. You'll play two rounds of golf at Sea Trail Resort (www.seatrailgolf.com) on courses designed by Willard Byrd and Dan Maples. All courses offer scenic views of the Calabash River, which winds its way through the resort, and all feature ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. Included in the package are two of the Big Cat courses at Ocean Ridge Plantation, Lion's Paw and Panther's Run. Lion's Paw was designed by Willard Byrd and Tim Cate and Panther's Run was Tim Cate's first solo effort. The Lion's Paw/Panther's Run clubhouse at Ocean Ridge Plantation is perennially rated in the Top 100 by the PGA of America and feature outstanding service, food, and hospitality. Located on Hwy. 9 in the North Myrtle Beach area, Woodland Valley Golf & Country Club is perfectly located for play on the way in and out of Myrtle Beach. The signature hole, the 203 yard par 3 fifth hole on the Heron Nine has to be seen to be believed. Golfers must carry a marsh to a peninsula green guarded on three sides by bunkers.
