Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club is mountain golf at it’s absolute best. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr, the course navigates through creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas fir and granite rock faces. Dynamic elevation changes will make this course one of your favorites! Readers of Condé Nast Traveler have voted it among the top ten golf resorts in the world.
Whistler Golf Club, the first course Arnold Palmer chose to design in Canada, is a golfer-friendly layout. Ancient cedars and majestic fir trees frame the fairways, winding streams, nine lakes and white sand bunkers punctuate perfectly manicured greens and an occasional black bear sauntering across a fairway is not an uncommon site. Fantastic course condition, fun layout, and friendly staff make Whistler Golf Club an enjoyable golf experience.
One of our staff member’s favorite courses, Big Sky Golf & Country Club is located in the nearby town of Pemberton. Located at the foot of Mt. Currie, Big Sky features the finest in golf course conditioning with bent grass from tee to green. The course is a classic links design built on gentle rolling terrain that integrates seven lakes connected by a serpentine creek. Whistler is a 2-hour drive along the Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99) from Vancouver, BC. We can arrange your ground transfers to Whistler. You can also take the Rocky Mountaineer train to Whistler.
